Questions
Before
you book
What do I need to send?
Public Twitch VOD links of your games at 1080p, with the game HUD at its default size and nothing covering the minimap or kill feed. Subscriber-only VODs can't be read. The bot checks every link when you book, so you'll know straight away.
How do I pay?
Through PayPal, by PayPal balance or any debit or credit card. Once your VODs are checked, a Pay with PayPal button appears in your ticket with your exact price, offers included. Your review starts as soon as the payment shows.
How long does it take?
A Scout review is usually ready within 3 days of getting everything, and a Team Review within 5. Season reviews are booked once a month around your matches.
Do I need scoreboards or stats?
No. Everything comes from the footage: the minimap for positions and routes, the HUD for scores, players alive and the round clock, and the kill feed for fights.
Is it just Hardpoint?
No. Every review covers Hardpoint, Search & Destroy and Hijack, in whatever mix your VODs have.
